I once had Gorazzo’s recipe. They had lemon juice instead of wine in marinade and oil from jar of sun dried tomatoes, in Amogio sauce, also not heated but sat overnight on counter. I lost the recipe and have never been able to find it again, but I do remember those details.
That’s a smart idea—creating a dedicated space for comments makes it so much easier to connect and share feedback, especially when static pages don’t allow for interaction. I love when bloggers make it easy for readers to engage; it really builds a sense of community around the recipes and stories.
