My vegan daughter loved this super easy alternative for Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in the bowl of a mini-chopper, food processor or blender and process until smooth.
