Love this roundup! The Central Coast has such a great mix of hidden gems and local favorites. I’ve been meaning to check out Las Cambritas—glad to hear it’s excellent! Also appreciate the mix of old and new reviews—it’s fun to see how the dining scene has evolved over the years.
