I'm sad to confess that I was not inspired by the Chadi recipes I found online. Mostly my fault, as most of them were heavy on vegetables I don't like. For that reason, I can't really say that I explored Chadian cuisine. Instead, I cooked two recipes that I thought I would like, and I did. But explore, I did not. Here is what I did:
- Chadian Peanut Stew
A beef stew from Southern Chad that falls within the tradition of Western & Central African peanut stews.
- Roasted chicken, African style
Nothing exotic about this roasted chicken, but it was very good
Related cuisines I've explored so far: Acholi, Angolan, Beninoise, Biafran, Bissau Guinean, Botswanan, Burkinabe, Burundian, Cameroonian, Central African Republican, Chadian, Congolese, Djiboutean, Equatorial Guinean, Eritrean, Ethiopian, Gabonese, Gambian, Ghanian,Guinean, Ivorian, Kenyan
