Margarita's International Recipes
This simple garlic sauce often accompanies chicken tabaka but would work with grilled or roasted chicken.
- 5 cloves garlic
- a dash of salt
- 1 cup chicken broth
- dash paprika
- dash pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
Mash the garlic with the salt using a mortal and pestle, or an electric grinder.
Place the broth in a small saucepan and cook on high heat until it boils. Stir in the garlic, paprika and pepper. Turn heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Add chopped cilantro and serve.
