It's often difficult to track down recipes from long-dead cuisines, but the Elizabethan period has tickled the imagination of so many people that little parts of the period have escaped the attention of some website or another. In addition, the invention of the printing press in the early 15th century, meant that cookbooks were already being published by this time.

Alas, making authentic Elizabethan food proved challenging as many of the recipes called for ingredients not easily available in 21st century California. I meant to make a chicken pie, for example, but was put off by the difficulty in getting barberries.

I only ended up making two dishes. One worked, the other didn't.
