The Adjarians are an ethno-linguistic subgroup of Georgians who became Muslims under the Ottomans and are otherwise known as Georgian Muslims. They speak their own dialect of Georgian, and they most reside in Adjara, a region of Georgia. Adjarian cuisine falls within the Georgian culinary tradition, but it has been influenced by Turkish cuisine. Their most famous dish is khachapuri, a type of pizza, and it's what I made for this very brief exploration.

Other Caucasian cuisines: Adjarian, Armenian, Azeri, Balkar, Chechen, Georgian, Georgian Jewish, Kabardian
