Red Potato Salad

This is the second time I make this simple recipe, which I found at Both times my guests, and more importantly, my potato-salad-fiend husband, really liked it. It's a very simple recipe to make as it asks for few ingredients and you don't have to peel the potatoes.

Red Potato Salad

  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
