The Åland Islands are an archipelago located in the Gulf of Bothnia at the mouth of the Baltic sea. They are a demilitarized autonomous region of Finland, with a Sweedish speaking population.

I wasn't able to find much about the local cuisine, though I did read many praises for their local meats, fish, diary products and produce. Alas, you'd have to be there to taste them. The one local speciality is a pancake, and that's the one dish I made:
