It was quite a simple recipe, but quite good.  The onion\/apple combination was amazing &#8211; and went great with buttered plain couscous.  The pork itself was ok, but I&#8217;m not a big fan of pork.<br \/>\nThe kids didn&#8217;t really like it, though, so I won&#8217;t be making it again.
