It was a fairly quick recipe to make, but I wasn&#8217;t thrilled with it.  I did overcook the pomegranate juice somewhat, but my biggest problem is that the flavors of the spice rub and sauce hid those of the meat.<br \/>\nMike really liked the dish, though.
