They will have <b>Vegetarian Indian\/Chinese\/Malaysian cooking<\/b> on March 21st, <b>Thai cooking<\/b> on April 25th and <b>Malaysian Cooking<\/b> on May 9th.  If there is enough interest, they could also add another class.
