I&#8217;ve made it over the years, but it takes a lot of time and it&#8217;s a bit of work.  The recipe below is a hack that I found in the comments of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.allrecipes.com\/recipe\/41460\/sweet-corn-tomalito\/\">a recipe<\/a> in AllRecipes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2\u00a0cups\u00a0frozen corn, divided<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd\u00a0cup\u00a0cornmeal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd\u00a0cup\u00a0water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2153\u00a0cup\u00a0white sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc\u00a0cup\u00a0masa harina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0tsp\u00a0baking powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd\u00a0teaspoon\u00a0salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5\u00a0Tbsp butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 tsp milk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Place 1 cup of frozen corn, the cornmeal and the water in a rocket-like blender.  Blend until pureed.  Add the sugar, masa harina, baking powder, salt, butter and milk and blend until well combined.  Add the remaining cup of corn and mix with a fork.  Transfer the whole mixture into a microwave-safe container that can accommodate 3 cups.  Cover and microwave for 6-7 minutes at 30% power.
