I saw this <a href=\"https:\/\/newyorkstylesausage.com\/product\/95-lean-ground-pork\/\">New York Style Sausage Company Ground Pork<\/a> on sale at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marga.org\/foodblog\/tag\/safeway\/\">Safeway<\/a>, but something made me suspicious. Upon close examination of the photo, I realize that this product says &#8220;No preservatives&#8221; and then, under very small letters, hard to see in the blurry photos online, it lists the ingredients in the package: pork, sodium lactate and lemon juice concentrate.  And what are <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sodium_lactate#:~:text=Sodium%20lactate%20is%20the%20sodium,3H5O3.\">sodium lactate<\/a> and lemon juice?, you might ask.
