I always get great raves from everyone when I make it.<br \/>\nFor an even more delicious dish, sprinkle shredded cheese (mozarella, jack, provolone or a mixture of cheeses) over the hot pasta before serving the meat sauce.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tbsp. olive oil\n<li>1  onion, chopped\n<li>2 cloves garlic, minced\n<li>1 lb ground  beef\n<li>salt &#038; pepper to taste\n<li>2 tsp. garlic powder\n<li>2 tsp. oregano\n<li>2 tsp. paprika\n<li>1\/2 tsp. curry powder\n<li>1\/2 tsp. coriander\n<li>1\/2 tsp. cumin\n<li>1\/2 tsp. chili powder\n<li>1\/4 tsp. allspice\n<li>1 jar pasta sauce\n<li>1\/2 cup red wine<\/ul>\n<p>\nSaut\u00e9 the chopped onion in the olive oil over medium-high heat in a deep skillet.  When soft, add the garlic and saut\u00e9 for a couple of minutes.  Add the ground meat and brown.  Add the spices and stir.  Add the pasta sauce and the red wine, stir and cook until the meat is well cooked.
