They want to be able to replace cocoa butter with vegetable oil (yuck!) and still call it chocolate.  And you know, that the Bush-appointed industry-friendly FDA will probably be all for it.  After all, making our food less food-like is their whole mission.  Well, this should be a reason *not* to buy American chocolate, just in case.<br \/>\nBut you can still submit your comments to the FDA on this issue.
