I still have five of these cuisines to go (Indonesian, Iranian, Irish-American, Italian Renaissance and Italian) but I figure this is a good time to announce the many new cuisines I&#8217;ve added to my <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marga.org\/food\/int\/\">International Food Project<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.marga.org\/food\/int\/haryana\/\">Haryana<\/a><\/strong>: I made pakora, butter chicken and garlic cauliflower<\/li><li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.marga.org\/food\/int\/iceland\/\">Iceland<\/a><\/strong>: baked fish, chicken with saffron and pepper cookies<\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.marga.org\/food\/int\/imperialchina\/\"><strong>Imperial China<\/strong><\/a>:  a chicken wing recipe from the 8th century, braised chicken from the 10th-13th and beef and walnuts from the 18th.<\/li><li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.marga.org\/food\/int\/india\/\">India<\/a><\/strong>: chickpea, red bean, and chicken curries plus chicken and tofu tandoori<\/li><li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.marga.org\/food\/int\/indochinese\/\">Indo-Chinese<\/a><\/strong>: noodles and cauliflower<\/li><li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.marga.org\/food\/int\/iraq\/\">Iraq<\/a><\/strong>: lentil soup, two types of kibbeh, chicken in yogurt sauce, lamb shanks, rice, and farro pilaf<\/li><li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.marga.org\/food\/int\/ireland\/\">Ireland<\/a><\/strong>: Irish stew, beef &amp; stout pie, potato biscuits, and bread and butter pudding.<\/li><li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.marga.org\/food\/int\/iroquois\/\">Iroquois<\/a><\/strong>: ghost bread and three sisters stew<\/li><li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.marga.org\/food\/int\/israel\/\">Israel<\/a><\/strong>: corn shakshuka, meatballs in tahini sauce, lamb shawarma, grilled chicken and olive oil cake<\/li><li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.marga.org\/food\/int\/italianamerican\/\">Italian-American<\/a><\/strong>: minestrone, fetuccini alfredo, baked zitti, spaghetti and meatballs, lasagna, vegan lasagna, chicken scarpariello and chicken parmesan.<\/li><li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.marga.org\/food\/int\/ivorycoast\/\">Ivory  Coast<\/a><\/strong>: grilled chicken, roasted lamb, stewed chicken and peanut
