And, of course, pork goes very well with fruit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The compote didn&#8217;t disappoint, it was very tasty, and it went great with the pork.  Alas, there was too much compote for the pork &#8211; not that that was a big deal.<br><br>I&#8217;m not a huge fan of pork chops, but this one was quite nice.  I also liked the multi-colored potatoes.
