albeit cooking just one dish from each instead of a full meal.\u00a0 So far, none of these dishes have wowed me: perhaps there was a reason why I skipped the cuisines in the first place.<\/p>\n<p>What we had were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marga.org\/food\/int\/afrikaans\/\"><strong>Afrikaans<\/strong><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marga.org\/food\/int\/afrikaans\/milktart.html\"><strong>Melkta<\/strong>rt<\/a> &#8211; this custard tart was actually quite good!<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.marga.org\/food\/int\/aguascalientes\/pollo.html\"><em>Pollo a la Jard\u00edn de San Marcos<\/em><\/a><\/strong> &#8211; a tasty chicken dish from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marga.org\/food\/int\/aguascalientes\/\"><strong>Aguascaliente<\/strong>s<\/a> with a very romantic story attached to it.<\/li>\n<li>A not-very-successful <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.marga.org\/food\/int\/aland\/pancake.html\">pancake<\/a><\/strong> from the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.marga.org\/food\/int\/aland\/\">Aland Islands<\/a> <\/strong>in the Baltic Sea.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.marga.org\/food\/int\/andorra\/trinxat.html\">Trinxa<\/a>t<\/strong>, a potato and cabbage mash from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marga.org\/food\/int\/andorra\/\"><strong>Andorra<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>A very fun <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.marga.org\/food\/int\/bonaire\/bolo.html\">jello cake<\/a><\/strong> from the Caribbean island of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marga.org\/food\/int\/bonaire\/\"><strong>Bonaire<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>I went back over two thousand years with a<a href=\"http:\/\/www.marga.org\/food\/int\/classicalgreece\/lentilsoup.html\"><strong> lentil soup<\/strong><\/a> from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marga.org\/food\/int\/classicalgreece\/\"><strong>Classical Greece<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>A pretty intense <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marga.org\/food\/int\/frenchguiana\/mango.html\"><strong>mango sorbet<\/strong><\/a> from <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.marga.org\/food\/int\/frenchguiana\/\">French Guiana<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I have ten more &#8220;make up&#8221;
