It&#8217;s absolutely delicious, specially right out of the oven.\u00a0 Though I couldn&#8217;t tell you how it&#8217;d be cold as none of it survived to that stage.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 1\/2 cup all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. baking soda<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup butter<\/li>\n<li>1 cup sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>4 bananas, mashed<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350F<\/p>\n<p>Grease a loaf pan<\/p>\n<p>Sift the flour, baking soda and salt together into a medium-size bowl. Set aside<\/p>\n<p>Cream the butter and sugar with an electric mixer.\u00a0 Add the eggs and the bananas and mix well.\u00a0 Add the sifted flour and mix well.\u00a0 Add the vanilla extract and mix again until combined.\u00a0 Pour into the prepared loaf pan and cook for 1 hour.
