It&#8217;s a very simple recipe from Catalunia, but unfortunatelly it wasn&#8217;t very good.  The pork loin, roasted surrounded by onions and with some white wine, wasn&#8217;t very flavorful and it was a bit dry.  The mixed onions were delicious, however.
