This is a very fresh olive oil (pressed two weeks before we got it) and it&#8217;s delicious.  It&#8217;s taste is actually much fresher than that of regular olive oil and I like it more.  Mike doesn&#8217;t seem to like it as much, which is great as it means there is more for me!
