It has significantly declined in recent years and we hadn&#8217;t been there for years.\u00a0 Hopefully the new owners will do something good with it.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.marga.org\/food\/rest\/cereja.html\">Vila Cereja<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marga.org\/foodblog\/2011\/02\/tuscany-restaurant-san-leandro-review\/\">La Bella Italia<\/a> are still for sale\/lease.<\/p>\n<p>-Also for sale: El Amigo (Mexican restaurant), Arby&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.marga.org\/foodblog\/2007\/11\/san-gaspar\/\">San Gaspar<\/a> is undergoing construction after a fire that shut them down and will re-open.<\/p>\n<p>-I still haven&#8217;t been able to try<a href=\"https:\/\/www.marga.org\/foodblog\/2007\/12\/maes-soul-food\/\"> Mae&#8217;s<\/a>, as it never seems to be open when I want to go (before 2 pm for lunch and after 6 pm for dinner), but I hear Mae&#8217;s temper is getting even worse. Complaints of Mae&#8217;s offensive behavior, bad customer service, long waits and unavailability of menu items continue to plague it on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yelp.com\/biz\/maes-southern-comfort-san-leandro\">Yelp<\/a>. I still wonder if it&#8217;s a legitimate business.<\/p>\n<p>-The city of San Leandro is considering banning styrofoam containers, restaurants are barking.
