Cheese Fondue


1 lb. gruyere cheese
1 lb. taluhet cheese
1 tsp. corn starch
pepper
1/2 liter white wine
1 cup kirshwasser
1 garlic tooth

Rubb garlic on pot.  Put on fire and add wine and kirsh.   When boiling 
add grated cheeses bit by bit, mixing with a wooden spoon until they 
melt, add pepper.  If it cools down, add more wine.  Once its ready, add 
corn starch dissolved in white wine.  Mix.
