I found this recipe online somewhere while looking for low-carb recipes to serve at a party. I served it at my husband's birthday party and it was a great success - Mike loved them and asked me to make it again for our Holiday party this year.
This recipe is extremely simple, you can use any size shrimp you want (I like to use larger ones for a better shrimp to cheese/bacon ratio), as well as any type of cheese. Make sure you get thin-sliced bacon.
Shrimp, bacon and cheese appetizers
Pre-cooked shrimp Cheese, thinly sliced Bacon,
Cut cheese into strips about as wide as the shrimp. Cut bacon slices into pieces large enough to cover shrimp on both sides. Wrap shrimp with cheese and bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place them in a baking sheet and bake or broil until the bacon is crispy. Serve.
