There isn't much I can or should say about Colombian food beyond the fact that I found the most amazing blog, My Colombian Recipes, kept by Erica, a Colombian woman living in the US. This is by far one of the best food blogs I've ever encountered. It's beautifully designed, the pictures are great, and she has tons and tons of recipes (inspired by her grandmother). If you want to know anything about Colombian food go there. For my part, I made a couple of dishes not from her site. I'm planning to make her Torta de Tres Leches as my Colombian dessert, but I cook desserts so rarely that if I wait to publish a recipe page until I do dessert, I'll be waiting for months (as, indeed, has been the case here).
