Lemon Butter

I made this lemon butter to go with Almond Snapper, but it should work for any type of fish. It's very simple and refreshing, but as its main ingredient is butter, make sure you use flavorful, fresh butter.

Lemon Butter


  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. dry dill
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder


Mix all ingredients together, then refrigerate until serving
