Figuring out what to make for dinner is not always easy. During the week, we are often too tired to cook or just don't want to spend the time doing it. However, we both hate frozen food and eating out or ordering in can get very expensive, very fast. Moreover, Mike and I cherish having dinner together, as it's a time where we can leave everything else that occupies our lives to talk and share. Our dinners are something that we look forward to, and while they don't need to be complicated, we want them to be good. A common problem that we encounter is getting into a rut, and eating pretty much the same thing week after week - that can be easy but not as satisfying as variety.
