I had intended on cooking a complete Caucasian meal, however, when I went looking for recipes, I discovered that most of 
those online were classified by their individual country of origin, rather than the wider Caucasus region.  My library, 
meanwhile, had no Caucasian cookbooks at all.  I've therefore decided to cook Caucasian food as I come upon the countries that 
comprise the region.  I've done two already, Armenia and Azerbaijan, and should hit upon another one, Chechnya, in the next few months.  I did cook 
two recipes that I came across that had not specific country of origin - they were both pretty good.
