My current project consists on cooking food from different countries and regions of the world. I've started with Afghanistan and I'm set on making my way down to Zimbabwe alphabetically. It'll take a few years, but just think of all the great food we shall try in the process :) I am also trying to be more social, so I am going to have more parties and holiday dinners.
