Posted by marga at January 2, 2005 8:43 AM | TrackBackA couple of nights ago I made the Lomo de Cerdo al horno con Cebolla & Puerros recipe from the Delicioso Spanish cookbook. It's a very simple recipe from Catalunia, but unfortunatelly it wasn't very good. The pork loin, roasted surrounded by onions and with some white wine, wasn't very flavorful and it was a bit dry. The mixed onions were delicious, however. Still, I won't be making it again.
